COVID-19 Information

Hello Derry Village Animal Clinic Clients, 

We are excited to announce as Ontario enters Step 3 of its reopening plan, Derry Village Animal Clinic will again open our doors to clients!  We are asking clients to please avoid crowding in the reception area and request no more than one client with a pet waiting in the reception area at a time.  At this time, we will also continue to have our exam rooms closed to the public.  This means that face to face discussions between the veterinary team and the pet owner will occur in our waiting room at a 6 foot distance, and examinations on pets will occur separately. 

All services, including nail trims, anal gland expression and blood samples, must be scheduled by appointment.  We cannot provide walk-in services at this time.  Due to the necessary COVID protocols, all services now take longer to complete.
